About Angela To
Born in Hong Kong, Angela To immigrated to Canada where she studied fine art at the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary, Canada. She later earned her MFA from the Ohio State University Columbus, Ohio and remained in the United States to pursue her burgeoning studio practice and a teaching career. Her work is collected in the USA and Canada; she maintains a studio in the Southern Tier of NY where she is a professor of Art at Alfred University.
